Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern your use of the Pravia platform ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pravia lets you create AI employees from your knowledge sources (website, Sitemap XML, PDF, DOCX, Markdown, text) and use them via website widget, Telegram notifications and API.

3. User Accounts

Registration requires email and password. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activities under your account.

One account per user. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans & Payments

Free, Starter, Pro and Business plans are available. Free is free of charge with limits. Paid plans are prepaid monthly or yearly.

Extra AI responses may be purchased as one-time packages (e.g. 1,000); packages are non-refundable. Prices may change with 14 days' notice.

5. AI Responses

Responses are generated from the knowledge sources you connect.

We do not guarantee accuracy — responses are provided "as is". Moderating AI content on your properties is your responsibility.

6. User Content

You retain rights to uploaded documents. You warrant that you have the rights to upload your materials and that they are lawful.

Prohibited: malware, pornography, violence, hate speech, third-party personal data without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
